The project at 2300 and 2500 Michaelson Drive are a two-building complex in Irvine, CA. The buildings were originally built in 1989 and the owner desired to ‘revive’ the building to accommodate the current office market for high tech tenants.
New improvements included new exterior renovation as well as an expanded outdoor shaded plaza, new outdoor dining area, new lawn game area and new interior improvements and upgrades.
