The mixed-use center is intended to serve as the architectural and activity focal point for the residential neighborhoods and recreational uses of the Portola South Planning Area. The mixed-use center is an approximately 2-acre site located at the southeastern corner of Glenn Ranch Road and Saddleback Ranch Road directly across from the 5-acre public Community Park.
