Schematic Design and Master Planning

This 130,000 SF, 6-story medical office/lab building features a 5 level parking garage with 1,094 parking spaces. Services provided include schematic design and master planning. The challenge for this site was to integrate an 180,000 SF building and parking within the constraints of the CUP and flow of the campus.
By locating the building in a strategic western-most location, the new facility will increase freeway visibility and afford an iconic identity for the older generation of existing buildings.
